Event Pricing Details

Will there be any extra costs?

We keep our pricing simple and the only extras are mileage over 50 miles, and any extra special requests, but we will make certain you know in advance so there won't be any surprise costs.

What will the price of the cocktails be?

Pricing is determined by the type of drinks you select, but cocktails will be between £5-£10 each , bottled beer £4-£5, prosecco £5-£7 & soft drinks around £2.

What else is included in pricing?

• Mileage up to 50 miles from our head office in Battle.

• Temporary event notice (if needed)

• Public liability insurance

• Personal alcohol license & registered food business

What do you need to provide?

• Space for us to manoeuvre & park the trailer & truck.

• An electric point for us to connect to

• Access to water to fill up our tanks.

• Access to the site 1 hour before & 1 hour after your booking, for set up & pack down.

It's up to you how to meet the minimum spend requirement at the cocktail bar, we can do a cash bar, open bar or a bit of both, we will work with you to decide the best option for your event.

The Cocktail Bar has a minimum spend requirement.

Coffee & Candy Floss is FREE for your guests.

The Cocktail Bar, includes Mocktails & Bottled Beer, Prosecco & Soft Drinks if requested, which all count towards the minimum spend.
